The Awakened Kids Turtle Necklace

As we do with every piece we design, we waited on God specifically for a symbol to represent the Awakened Kids.

My 12-year-old son was the one who received the vision for this piece, in fact, starting from the image of a Turtle down to the Mario Brothers' indestructible Turtle "Koopa Troopa" - only Father God can come up with something so weird but so apt - isn't it so like God to relate to kids (and some of us adults who grew up with this vintage game) so well! Let me just tell you that my young gaming friends are blown away when I tell them about this.

For those who don't know much about the video game Mario Brothers (and please know that I am in no way encouraging people to play this game), Koopa Troopa is a character and 'friend' of Mario and Luigi, and mostly wander around the game somewhat harmlessly - they don't attack you but you don't want to touch their body either- until Mario or Luigi 'jump' on their harmless shell whereby the turtle then retreats (resting in God's armour) and Mario is able to use the turtle to attack their enemy, bust bricks and bust open treasure boxes, etc.

Later versions of the game have Koopa Troopa more of a partner, where they dance in time to the music and pretty much wander around waiting to be used. Sometimes they are even the 'treasure' that comes out of the coin boxes that Mario busts, a special weapon that he can then utilised for a specially hard challenge that he couldn't overcome without supernatural, indestructible help. The turtle shell also has a supernatural power where you can gain infinite lives by jumping on them. In certain cases where the turtle loses the shell, Mario is also able to pick the shell up to throw at enemies ( kinda like a weapon in God's hand hey!), and also surf on the shell and be indestructible while surfing.

 The symbolism for this piece is printed beautifully on a card that accompanies the jewellery piece and we hope that you will read it out to your significant little Warrior when you present this piece to them.

Indeed, we hope that you might make a bit of a fuss over it by reading it with gusto, congratulating them by shaking their hand, and presenting their little Warrior 'certificate' to them. In time, with Holy Spirit's leading, we know that they will graduate into the adult version of the Awakened Warrior Mandate and Creed.

The Warrior's journey is all about intimacy with Father God, from which everything flows.

This piece of jewellery represents lesson money cannot buy, a lesson to teach a child the significance of being hidden and overwhelmed by Christ's person and Love.
